What TheChoicer is
TheChoicer publishes independent research, comparisons, and buying recommendations. Our content is editorial opinion built on documented research. It is information to support your decision, not a contract, a guarantee, or professional advice.
Your purchase happens elsewhere
We do not sell products. When you buy through a link on our site, your contract is with the store that sells the product, under its own terms, prices, and policies. Delivery, payment, returns, and warranty are between you and that seller.
Affiliate relationships
Some links on our site are affiliate links, which means a brand or retailer may pay us a commission when you buy through them. This never increases your price and never determines our verdicts. Our affiliate disclosure explains this in full.
Accuracy and freshness
We work hard to keep verdicts, specifications, and offers current, and each page shows when it was last reviewed. Prices and availability still change faster than any site can track, so always confirm the final price at the store before buying.
Intellectual property
The content on TheChoicer, including text, verdicts, graphics, and the TheChoicer name, belongs to us. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish our content wholesale or present it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheChoicer is not liable for losses arising from purchase decisions, third party stores, or reliance on content that has since changed. We give you our best, honestly researched conclusion; the decision and the purchase remain yours.
